If you're experiencing a problem with PixeLINK Capture OEM in Advanced mode, it may be the camera or the software. Try the following:
Review the relevant sections of this section. Most of the time, the answer is right there. PixeLINK Capture OEM is a good place to start.
If that fails, disconnect the camera, wait five seconds, then reconnect it and start the application again.
