PixeLINK® and Cyth Systems “WOW” at German trade show

In a room with 1000 booths, robots drilling holes or cameras inspecting wires two companies stood out from the crowd.

PixeLINK® accompanied by Cyth Systems captivated large crowds at the machine vision show in Stuttgart,2008 with its “CythBot” robot playing Guitar Hero.  The PixeLINK® DL-B741F camera monitors the gaming screen while the robot interprets keystrokes within milliseconds through the use of pneumatic “fingers” to play what it sees on the screen.   Engineered and built in only 8 days, with 20 some odd days spent fine-tuning, its technologies are used within the industry to automate manufacturing and test products. Using its high-speed industrial hardware and real-time operating systems have allowed potential buyers to see the endless possibilities that such software may provide to their own applications.
