New PixeLINK® PL-E500 Series Of Machine Vision Cameras

PixeLINK has released the PL-E530 series of machine vision cameras. The PL-E cameras are smaller than those from previous series, yet remain high performance cameras with a low cost and a small footprint.

The PL-E530 series is available in 1.3, 3.0 or 5.0 Megapixel versions and are connected via a Micro-B USB 2.0 data bus. The PL-E features Aptinas colour and monochrome sensors, providing fast frame rates at full resolution. The sensor architecture for the PL-E cameras provide superior anti-blooming, making the PL-E cameras an excellent choice for imaging highly reflective objects or scenes with intense illumination.  Application uses include but are not limited to: security surveillance, parts inspection, meteorology, high resolution document archiving, PCB and flat panel inspection.
